What are we looking for

We are a hugely successful growing, target hitting team who due to significant growth are now looking to add a Junior Recruiter into our team GP Team in Stevenage. You will be given industry leading training, working alongside some of the most experienced consultants in the UK, with every option to succeed.

We are looking for someone who is a hard worker, driven to succeed and willing to learn. No experience necessary, but you will have to have the ability to talk to people and demonstrate influence and selling. You'll need to be hard working, organised, not afraid to pick up the phone and understands that recruitment isn't 9-5, but with this comes huge rewards with OTE of over £120k once you have built your desk. You need to be confident in communicating over the phone and email with your candidates, clients and your colleagues. You do the above, you will be successful - its proven!

You will be part of an industry leading, successful team with consultants billing over £450k PA - so being a team player and having an outgoing personality is key.
