Salaried GP/Partner/GP Trainer - Gravesend, Kent up to £11,000 per session

A surgery in Gravesend, Kent are looking for a Salaried GP, a Partner or a GP that is or has aspirations to be a GP Trainer to join their team with a brilliant salary of up to £11,000 per session + several benefits. The surgery are looking for a GP for 4 to 8 sessions.

Our pro-active client is a training practice and have a brilliant team and a very flexible working schedule. They have developed new and innovative ways of working and with these new NHS ways of working they are in a good position going forward. Working out of a purpose-built surgery, they not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below), but are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after.

They are looking for a salaried GP who is a GP trainer to join their practice and be an essential part of the team. They are a very tight knit team and their GPs are an integral part of the team and will be very well looked after both on a personal and business level, even supplied with regular cups of tea! There is view to Partnership.

• No home visits as the surgery has an outsourced home visiting team

They are adapting to new ways of working with Triage and eConsults. They also have admin and support staff, who are dedicated to the GPs. This means patient correspondence is taken care of by them with the GPs supervision.
