Hi, I'm Gemma and I support Andy with the compliance for the Nursing Team at MCG Healthcare. My favourite thing about my job is ensuring that all of our nurses are compliant so that they are able to help patients across the UK! I really like speaking with nurses and getting to know them whilst I ensure they are compliant.

When I am not in the office you will find me looking after my 2-year-old daughter and cleaning up behind her! I also love to travel so am always planning my next trip away, so far I have visited over 50 countries!
