Caren's bio

My name is Caren and I’m responsible for the day-to-day management of our Lincoln office. As Head of Care, I also play a pivotal role in ensuring we maintain high standards of care provision across all our offices. I am NVQ 3 qualified, and I have previously worked as a deputy manager in a care home. With over 25 years’ experience in care, I bring invaluable knowledge and ‘hands-on’ experience to the team. I live in Gainsborough with my partner Dave and in my spare time I undertake voluntary work for a charity called ‘Unload’, which offers help and support to veterans of the armed forces.
