With over 15 years of healthcare experience, Jane is passionate about ensuring we look after our nurses, healthcare assistants and ODP’s. Having previously managed both Medacs Healthcare and Apex Nursing, Jane has experience of working with NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK. When not at work, Jane can be found chasing her 2 year old son around parks across Manchester!
Deborah Browne – Clinical Specialist
Deborah interviews each and every one of our nurses to ensure that you are working with experienced, qualified nurses and uses her experience to ensure placements will be suitable for you. Deborah advises the team on all clinical matters, keeping us up to date with current issues and being a point of call for all our workers. Deborah has over 30 years’ experience of nursing, dual qualified RGN / RSCN with 17 years as a sister in the Paediatric Ward at Royal Blackburn NHS Trust.
Paul Greenhalgh – Recruitment Consultant (Mental Health Nursing)
Paul, having previously worked for Pulse Nursing has strong relationships with mental health trusts across the North West. He is passionate about football, following England all over the world (he is still hurting from the Euros though so probably better not to discuss this with him just yet) and has a season ticket for Bolton Wanderers FC. He’s even managed to blag his son a job as one of Bolton’s ball boy!
Rachel Sneyd – Recruitment Consultant (Theatres and Critical Care)
With over 12 years’ experience in Nursing recruitment, Rachel is well known to our clients and candidates. Rachel has previously worked for both Castlerock (CRG) and Bluestones, and provides a wonderful service to our theatres across the North West and North East. Rachel has a love of dogs and all animals!
Jenn Woodhead- Staffing Support
Jenn works mainly on the compliance of our workers, keeping everyone fully compliant to work in our NHS Contracts. She also supports the team in every way she can, whether this is ordering uniforms or helping with timesheets. Jenn is instrumental in the smooth running of the office and keeps us all organised.
Ellie Conlon – Recruitment Consultant (General Nursing)
Ellie has previously worked for Pulse Nursing and Bank Partners; looking after perm nurses in the North of England and temp Doctors in London over the last 3 years. Ellie is a keen traveller, with a large sense of adventure. She likes to find new places, especially if there’s food involved. She loves street food and also enjoys her adult colouring book which helps her to relax in the evenings
Huma Ahmed – Staffing Support
Huma is currently working on Staffing Support, making sure that the Compliance requirements are met throughout the recruitment process in order to get candidates out to work within Healthcare. She has previously worked for Reed, in the Screening and Compliance department looking after candidate’s vetting all over the UK branches. Huma has good attention to detail and likes things to be perfect! She likes reading, going to the cinema and keeping up to date with the latest news and trends
