The Fast Track is open to those wanting to join MCG Healthcare’s Primary Care team, based in the idyllic village location within Aston, Hertfordshire. “Our ideal applicant must be willing to work extremely hard and they will get well rewarded well for doing so. They will have a two month probation period after the training and their salary will increase by £1k the first time they make a placement, then an additional £1k for making their first long term placement and an another £1k for passing their probation. That’s a generous £3k pay rise in the first 6 months on top of any commission! “
