The Fast Track is open to those wanting to join MCG Healthcare’s Primary Care team, based in the idyllic village location within Aston, Hertfordshire. They will have a two month probation period after the training and their salary will increase by £1k the first time they make a placement, then an additional £1k for making their first long term placement and an another £1k for passing their probation. That’s a generous £3k pay rise in the first 6 months on top of any commission! “
