Any reporting will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be addressed by the Group Business Assurance team. You have a right to exercise anonymity, and it is not obligatory to provide your personal information in this form. However, in doing so, it prevents us from completing a thorough investigation and addressing your concerns. Most importantly, we will be unable to update you on any findings.
