We are delighted to be Finalists in the Employer of the Year category at the Growing Business Awards, which honours the UK’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses.
The Employer of the Year category recognises companies who prioritise their team and use this as a tool for organisational growth. This award looks at how investments are made in people and how it has had a positive impact on company growth.

MCG Healthcare specialises in placing primary & secondary care professionals, including nurses, doctors & allied health professionals (AHP), to public and private sector healthcare settings. It’s been a busy time for MCG Healthcare recently acquiring two healthcare businesses Poppy Nursing and StaffAid bringing specialist agency knowledge to provide nurses and carers to care homes, hospices and hospitals, perfectly complementing MCG Healthcare’s primary and secondary care services.
Ash now faces the Growing Business Awards Judging Panel on the 17th September for a 20 minute interview. Following this, the final result will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel on the 24th November.
